The Mission of PEN is to saturate every community in the United States by 2015 with public proclamation of the Gospel.

We intend to accomplish the mission through efforts to:

• discover, develop and deploy gifted and godly evangelists
  

• promote the values of mass evangelism throughout the Church
  

• encourage and support mass evangelism missions in more than 13,000 communities nationally.
