2007 PEN eSchool -The 21st Century Evangelist

Be sure to get our calendars cleared and place reserved for our 2007 PEN eSchool held November 27-30, 2007 at the Cove in Asheville, North Carolina. We will spend the first couple of days together taking in the well known BGEA School of Evangelism and finish with a special day designed specifically for the proclamation evangelists. On the final day we will be privileged to interact with three unique men of God on what is effective in this century on reaching lost people. One of those men will be Ron Hutchcraft! God has powerfully used Ron in creative ministry for many years. He has been moving in His heart in these days to see a fresh army of evangelists raised up to reach this generation. You won't want to miss this chance of a lifetime to spend time with Ron.

Ron is just one of three special opportunities on that final day. We will not only hear from these men but have ample time for Q&A and roundtable discussion. We will also get a chance to interact with York Moore and Gary Cobb. Reserve your place for this special time together!

Extend the Impact Conference

Luis Palau's Next Generation Alliance held its Extend the Impact Conference at the Heartland Festival in Omaha, Nebraska, July 13-15, 2007. The goal of the Palau Association's Next Generation Alliance® is to encourage and equip the new generation of evangelists. NGA plans and coordinates outreach initiatives throughout the world and invites its network of evangelists to take part. They are given the opportunity to learn from their peers and veterans in evangelism, as well as train the local community of believers in evangelism.

That weekend more than 20 evangelists and their families experienced a Luis Palau festival in action, as well as obtained valuable training and insight about coordinating evangelistic events through their own ministry.

NGA's next Extend the Impact Conference will be during the 2008 festival in Portland, Oregon. Check the NGA website at for more information.

Keith Cook, along with twenty-six GoTeam members from the USA, eleven GoTeam Members from Uganda, and six GoTeam Members from Kenya were in Kampala, Uganda from June 30 - July 10. The team of fifty-four ministered in high schools and in neighborhood crusades all over the capital city of Uganda bringing the message of hope that Jesus Christ can offer.

"It was awesome to see thousands of students make heart felt decisions as they gave their lives to Christ" said Colby Sands a "One Year, One Mission" Media Intern with On The Go.

After an intense week of high school ministry, neighborhood crusades, and thousands of decisions, the ministry continued with a massive evangelistic festival called the Jesus Festival. This On The Go Festival partnered with one of the largest ministries in Uganda and saw thousands of Ugandans pack KK Beach to hear great music and a life-changing message from Keith Cook. Over all, Keith Cook and his On The Go Team saw over 10,000 Africans publicly give their lives to Christ. Please pray for these new believers and the follow-up that they are receiving from the local church.

Our School of Discipleship (SOD) continues to see great things happen. Our SOD was invited to speak to 15,000 students who were gathered during the summer doing some athletic competitions among the High Schools. This enabled us to witness to 15,000 students, along with the adults who were attending.

God is truly doing amazing things through these students who not only give their lives to Christ, but have become disciples of Christ, and are taking opportunities to witness to friends and family members.
